Terms & Conditions – 1234ph Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 1234ph online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 1234ph Gaming Corporation, a company duly registered and licensed under the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulatory framework. By creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using the Platform, you ("User", "Player", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a User on the Platform, used to place bets, make deposits, and request withdrawals.
• "Bet" means any wager placed by a User on a game, sporting event, or other betting market available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or other incentive offered by 1234ph to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds from a User's personal payment method into their 1234ph Account balance.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the 1234ph website, mobile site, and any associated software or applications.
• "User", "Player", "you" means any individual who registers an account and uses the Platform.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a User's Account balance to their designated payment method.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

To register an account and use the 1234ph Platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine law governing gambling activities.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and use.
• You must not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable law, regulation, or self-exclusion arrangement.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 1234ph, its affiliates, or PAGCOR.

1234ph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent account closure.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When registering an account on the 1234ph Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and email address.
• Create a strong password and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your Account.
• Register only one (1) Account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Notify 1234ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

2.3 Account Verification

1234ph is required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) laws to verify the identity of all Account holders. You may be required to submit the following documents before you can withdraw funds:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or national ID).
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash account, bank statement showing account holder name, or other verification as requested).

Failure to complete verification within thirty (30) days of your first withdrawal request may result in account suspension and withholding of funds until verification is completed.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

1234ph accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• GCash
• PayMaya
• Bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks)
• Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether USDT)

The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your location, verification status, and other factors determined by 1234ph at its sole discretion.

3.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but are generally set at ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya, and ₱500 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits are determined by your verification status and account history. Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within sixty (60) seconds for GCash and PayMaya, and within five (5) to sixty (60) minutes for bank transfers.

1234ph does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider (GCash, bank, or cryptocurrency exchange) may impose its own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.

3.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your 1234ph Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of crime, money laundering, terrorism financing, or other illegal activity. 1234ph reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of deposited funds at any time, and to freeze or confiscate funds if we reasonably suspect illegal activity.

4. Withdrawals and Payout Policy

4.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (see Section 2.3).
• You must have met all wagering requirements for any active bonuses (see Section 5).
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold of ₱200 for GCash and PayMaya, and ₱1,000 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

1234ph processes withdrawal requests as follows:

• GCash and PayMaya: 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts.
• Bank transfer: 1 to 3 business days, depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Cryptocurrency: 10 to 60 minutes, depending on blockchain network congestion.

Processing times are indicative and not guaranteed. 1234ph reserves the right to delay withdrawals for up to seventy-two (72) hours if additional verification or fraud checks are required.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits

Standard withdrawal limits are ₱100,000 per transaction and ₱500,000 per calendar month for verified accounts. Higher limits may be available for VIP-tier players. Requests exceeding these limits may be processed in multiple installments at the discretion of 1234ph.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

1234ph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 10x to 40x the bonus amount) before they can be withdrawn.
• Game restrictions: Some bonuses may be valid only on specific games (e.g., slots only, or live casino only).
• Maximum bet limits: While a bonus is active, you may be restricted to a maximum bet size (e.g., ₱100 per spin or hand).
• Expiration dates: Bonuses must be used within a specified timeframe (typically 7 to 30 days), after which they expire.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

1234ph reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close accounts if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to exploit bonuses.
• Making deposits and withdrawals solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

1234ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools and resources:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Session timers: Configure automatic logout after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently block your account from accessing the Platform. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure.
• Reality checks: Receive pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net win/loss at regular intervals.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1234ph Platform:

• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your true location or bypass geographical restrictions.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, false claims, or identity theft.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using bots, scripts, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, outside the Philippines, or otherwise legally prohibited from gambling.

Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 1234ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game designs, is the property of 1234ph or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on Platform content without express written permission from 1234ph.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 1234ph and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling losses (which are an inherent risk of gaming).
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions in service.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Third-party payment processor delays or errors.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of the 1234ph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting 1234ph customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

1234ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. Amended Terms will be posted on the Platform with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Material changes affecting your rights or obligations will be communicated via email or in-Platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
